Carter McKay was recognized at on February 18 on his selection as the RBC Community Ambassador. The award is for his community involvement around the City of Melville. The local 16 year old is well known around the community and is a good role model for all student athletes.
Each SJHL team selects one RBC Community Ambassador and the players donate $1000.00 to local charities of his choice. An overall League Ambassador will also receive an additional $2500.00 to also donate to a local charity. Voting for the overall winner will be posted at a later date.
