Public Appearances

The Melville Millionaires Hockey Club is committed to supporting the Melville Community. One such way in which we give back to the community is by making community appearances throughout the year. We receive numerous requests throughout the year and special consideration will be given to those requests that involve direct interaction with children, non-profit and charitable organizations, minor hockey teams and school events.

Please note that during the SJHL Season, players and coaches will not be available on the day of a game. As well, all appearances must be scheduled in the afternoon due to team practices held in the morning. During the off-season player availability is very limited. We will do our best to provide players, coaches or staff members, but attendance is not guaranteed.

To request a Millionaire player, coach or staff member for your event, ALL REQUESTS must be completed using the below appearance request form and must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your event. Requests received by mail, telephone, fax or email WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee an appearance and that by submitting the below appearance request form you hereby agree to the above stated terms and conditions.
