Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League

Thank You to our graduating players

The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League officially announced this week that the 2020/21 season has been cancelled, and that also drew the end to the Junior careers of six graduating Millionaires’ players:

Millionaires coach Mike Rooney comments, “Our graduating 20-year-old players   are simply a great group of people.  I can’t stress enough how awful it is to see them complete their junior hockey career in such a way.  Feels so incomplete in many levels.  These are young men of sound character and I know they will grow and learn from this difficult experience.  On behalf of the Melville Millionaires, I wish them all the best in their academic and hockey future.  We welcome you back anytime”.
