The Moneymen acquired 2000 born forward Mackenzie Walkington from the NOJHL’s Soo Thunderbirds in exchange for future considerations.

Walkington, who hails from Saskatoon, chipped in with 15 goals and 15 assists for 30 points in 46 games with the Thunderbirds during the 2019-2020 campaign.

“Walkington has real good offensive instincts and an excellent shot. He took his conditioning to a new level this summer and is set to have an excellent season.”
